Ulus Residence is a roof duplex flat located at Ulus Savoy building complex designed by Emre Arolat Architects. Project aims to achieve an integrity between the spaces by reinterpreting existing spatial configuration without interfering with the general layout plan. Design principles have been determined accordingly on the basis of material integrity / harmony and the integration of the elements with the relevant spaces and feasibility by using modular elements. Thus, a common parameter was determined based on the dimensions of the conceived surfaces and segmentations are constructed with this approach.
